In the 1950's, when Michael Harvey was "just a kid", he built several plywood boats and other things in a primitive shop. He's been doing fairly serious woodworking since about 1980.
Michael has been in several craft sales in Calgary and Victoria, but most of his work is larger furniture made for friends and other contacts. He prefers handcrafting tables, chairs and household furniture such as sideboards, coffee tables, desks, bookcases, entertainment centres, etc.
Michael also likes to add carving and carved inlays into his works of art.
